Kabak’s blue Weber agave spends 7 long years soaking up the Jalisco highlands sun, 1,619 meters (5,314 feet) closer to the sky. Then it packs its bags, crosses borders, and shows up wherever we decide it’ll have the most fun getting distilled — in your backyard.
We run it through the still three times, just enough to smooth it out but never enough to hide the agave. Because really… if you can’t taste it, why even bother?
Distilled in Portland limited to 610 bottles when they’re gone, they’re gone. Next batch: same agave. Different backyard.
When it comes to drinks, we always aim to create unique experiences that amplify the flavours we love. Today, we’re taking one of those ideas to the next level; We’ve created a vodka made from agave.
