Hell yes!
this is how things around here start…
KADBAK It’s our way of paying tribute to Mexico, its agave, and the people bold enough to ask, “What if?” We bring together people, places, ingredients, and stories that probably weren’t supposed to meet in the first place. Then we see what happens.
Sometimes that’s a second-generation distiller from Jalisco. Sometimes it’s engineering nerds obsessed with stills, fermentation curves, and solving problems nobody asked them to solve. Sometimes it’s a random conversation that turns into a bottle. We don’t spend much time following trends. We’d rather challenge assumptions, question traditions, and occasionally ignore perfectly reasonable advice.
Our favorite phrase has always been “What if?” Our second favorite? “Hell yes.” That’s how most things around here start.
We believe great spirits should bring people closer together. Not because a marketing team said so, but because that’s what happens when something is made with care, curiosity, and a healthy disregard for convention.
And since humans seem to love credentials, here’s one:
The youngest distiller involved in Kadbak has spent over 24 years creating tequila, vodka, liqueurs, distillates, and even things considerably healthier than vodka.
We’re still trying to forgive him for that last one.
